What is Qenvario

Qenvario is an online presence tool that lets you create a public profile page with your links, social handles, and bio — all in one place. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect

Account information

When you create an account, we collect your email address. If you sign up using Google, your email address is provided to us by Google as part of the OAuth sign-in flow — no other Google account data is accessed or stored.

Profile information

Information you choose to enter on your profile: your username, display name, bio, links you add, and theme or appearance preferences.

Analytics counters

We record two numeric counters per profile: the total number of views your profile page receives, and the number of clicks each of your links receives. These are plain integer counts — we do not record who viewed your profile or who clicked your links.

Landing page and product usage analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use the Qenvario website — for example, how many people visit the landing page, visit the signup page, or complete onboarding. This helps us improve the product. Vercel Analytics does not use cookies, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect personal information. No IP addresses, device fingerprints, or personal identifiers are stored.

What We Do Not Do

Qenvario does not use cookies for analytics, does not track individual users across sessions, and does not collect geolocation, device fingerprints, or personal identifiers for analytics purposes. We do not track payment behaviour, ad clicks, or personal browsing history.

We do not receive, store, or process credit card numbers or payment credentials. Payment transactions are handled directly by our payment partner.

Note: Hosting and infrastructure providers such as Vercel and Supabase may process standard request and security logs as part of operating the service. This is subject to their respective privacy policies.

Third-Party Services

Supabase — provides our authentication and database infrastructure. Your account and profile data is stored in Supabase-managed systems. See supabase.com/privacy.
Google — used only if you choose "Sign in with Google". Google provides your email address; we do not request or store any other Google account data.
Vercel — hosts the Qenvario application, serves your profile pages, and provides anonymous, cookie-free analytics to help us understand aggregate product usage. See vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Paddle — processes subscription payments as our payment partner and Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to Qenvario Pro, your payment information is handled directly by Paddle. We do not receive or store your credit card number or other payment credentials. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.

Data Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your data. Passwords are never stored in plain text — Supabase handles authentication using secure, hashed credentials.

Your Data

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at the email address below. We will remove your account and profile information.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
